How can you ensure that the reseller is offering a certified product?
Every reseller receives a unique crest with their unique member number. By clicking on the crest, you can confirm their approval via our website, or you can browse our regularly updated member list below.

What if a reseller is not displaying the crest?
We have reached out to all retailers who purchase from Amazonas UK and have provided them with the certified crest. If a reseller has not displayed the crest, please check our members list, which we update weekly. If you still have concerns, you can always reach us at 01748 349 049.

What happens if a reseller is selling the product but not listed as a Certified Member?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that this is an official Amazonas product and, as such, it is not supported by our Certified Promise.
